Manifest is a five hour event designed to bring women together in a safe space where through facilitated conversation they forge powerful new relationships with like-minded women, fortify their self-image and put together a plan to manifest their greatest ambitions, together.
Music. Movement. Motivation. Meditation. One Hour. Same price as a drop in fitness class.
Manifest pushed me to open up and really dig deep.
It was really emotional sharing so openly with everyone, but hearing each woman's personal also helped me to realize I am not the only person dealing with some of these life challenges. The Manifest Team really set the tone and pushed us all to dive deep. I cried, I laughed, I cheered and I walked away feeling full of joy.
Manifest changed the way I view creating relationships with women. Put a group of kickass, intelligent, like-minded women in a room and things get real! Human connection and conversation is so powerful and Manifest brought me plummeting back down to earth — I am grounded, my cup is full and I am filled to the brim with so much Grace I feel like I could explode!!!
➰Stripped of emotional boundaries.
➰Relieved of hesitation and doubt.
➰Confessed the scariest of fears and biggest of dreams.
➰Revealed scars - ones that we could see and others we can only talk about. ➰Reassured one another that we are not alone on this journey called life.
➰Expressed how our hearts sing, which was followed by a standing ovation of our courage.
I think most women are searching for or need this type of facilitation to foster true friendships.
Knowing that you all created a place for us to do this and walk away with genuine connections is beautiful. From the the bottom of my heart thank you for creating Manifest.
I am someone who, while I love talking to people, when it comes to serious matters/personal insecurities, I tend to like to keep that stuff under wraps.
But this event was so incredibly positive that I became comfortable very quickly. It was amazing to see how much in common a group of (mostly) strangers could have. Women get such a bad rep for being catty, jealous, and competitive. I challenge anyone to spend four hours in the Manifest room and watch those stereotypes come crumbling down.
Is anyone else a yes man? Always saying yes to everyone and running yourself dry? Because that was me. To be completely honest - I am quite the introvert. I secretly love to be alone, in my room with a candle and a book. Lol don't forget the wine. I think being a true, hard core lover it's been hard to say no to people.
Thanks to Manifest I truly was able to find my true self, put my health and overall self first, and grasp onto my dreams to turn them into plans.
It was really great to just be in a group with practically strangers and feel comfortable and open and few of judgement. Women have a tendency to be competitive and it was a great reminder that we all share so many of the same feelings, ideas and goals and are rooting for each other to succeed even if we don’t think so.
